Cancellation &

Postponement Policy

1. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your trip 30

days or more before the start date, 25% of the

total tour cost will be charged as cancellation

fees; if cancelled 15–30 days prior, 50% of the

total cost will be charged; and if cancelled within

0–15 days, 100% of the total cost will be charged

as cancellation fees.

2. Postponement Policy: If you wish to postpone

your trip at least 2 days prior to the start date, no

deduction will be applied. Please note that in

such cases, refund will not be provided, but

100% of the paid amount can be utilized by you,

your friends, or family for any future trip with us.

3. Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of

unforeseen weather conditions, natural

calamities, or government restrictions, certain

trips or activities may get cancelled. In such

cases, the operator will try to provide a suitable

alternate option; however, cash refunds will not

be applicable.

4. General Terms: All cancellations or

postponements are subject to the terms and

conditions mentioned on our official website, and

policies apply irrespective of the date of booking

● For Booking of the Package, 30% of the

money has to be paid in advance and the

remaining 70% has to be deposited at

the time of reaching the hotel.

This price list is based on 2 people, If you

travel with more than 2 people, your total

budget will be less per person.

If you will travel Solo then your budget will be
