Refund Policy

At TripTodayIndia, we strive to provide the best travel experience. However, we understand that plans may change. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Cancellation by the Client

1.1 All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, WhatsApp, or official communication channels.

1.2 The client must connect via call or WhatsApp to confirm the cancellation request.

1.3 Cancellation requests must be made at least 10 days prior to the itinerary start date to be eligible for any refund.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges will be applicable as follows:

30 days or more before departure: 10% of total package cost will be deducted

15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of total package cost will be deducted

Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total package cost will be deducted (No Refund)

3. Package Booking Refund Policy

In all eligible refund cases, a minimum of 20% of the total package cost + applicable GST will be deducted.

Remaining amount (if applicable) will be processed as refund.

4. Transport Ticket Cancellation (Bus / Flight / Train)

Cancellation for bus, flight, or train tickets must be requested at least 48 hours prior to departure.

Refunds for tickets will be subject to respective airline, railway, or bus operator policies.

Any additional cancellation charges imposed by third-party providers will be borne by the client.

5. No Show & Unused Services

No refunds will be provided for:

No-shows

Partially used services

Missed transfers, meals, sightseeing, or hotel stays

6. Cancellation by TripTodayIndia

In case of cancellation by TripTodayIndia due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, operational issues, etc.):

A full refund will be processed

OR

An alternative arrangement of equal value will be offered

7. Refund Processing Time

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.

8. Important Notes

GST and transaction charges are non-refundable.

Any changes in itinerary after booking may incur additional charges.

Refund eligibility is strictly subject to the timelines mentioned above.
